Terms & Conditions
When making a booking you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

-
Please DO NOT arrive too early – ideally aim to arrive at the park for your start time and be ready to leave just as it finishes (as a courtesy to the next person)

-
The car park is clearly sign posted so please park in the designated spaces for the field that you have booked. If you have brought the maximum number of 2 cars then please park behind each other.

-
Please keep your dog(s) in your vehicle until your field is vacant.

-
Your booking is for a specific timed slot or slots (e.g. 12.30pm-1.00pm) and not for 30 minutes use of a field. If you arrive late you MUST still leave on time.

-
Always close and padlock the main gate behind you resetting the code to 0000

-
Bookings are non-transferrable but in exceptional circumstances, we will try our best to help you change your booking if you contact us by email at Muriestoncastledogpark@gmail.com

-
Refunds will only be given where Murieston Castle Dog Park has had to cancel your booking. Bookings are non-refundable.

-
Dairy Drive field is booked on the hour and on the half hour with Shepherd’s Hill quarter past and quarter to the hour. This allows a 15 minute interval between bookings for adjacent fields. However, please do not enter the shared gate area if there is another dog arriving late or leaving early.

-
DO NOT open the farm gate that connects the two fields under any circumstance even if you have friends in the adjacent field.

-
Your dog remains your own responsibility whilst using the park and should not be left unattended.

-
All agility equipment in the fields is only for the use of the dogs. Please do not climb, play or stand on any of the equipment. Murieston Castle Dog Park will not be responsible for any injury to you, your family, friends or your dog(s) arising from your use of the equipment in the field.

-
Please pick up not only your own dog’s poo but any other poo that you see as both fields are 3.5 acres so it’s possible to miss the occasional one. If everyone tries their best to pick up we can keep the field clean.

-
If you bring any toys please remember to take them away with you along with any chewed or broken pieces.

-
Please bring your own water as it’s not always guaranteed to be available.

-
Do not allow your dog to dig holes in the field.

-
If possible discourage your dog(s) from making excessive noise.

-
If your dog has developed signs of kennel cough, sickness or diarrhoea in the past 72 hours, we request that you refrain from the use of our facilities.

-
Dogs must kept continuously vaccinated and treated for ticks, worms and fleas etc

-
Murieston Castle Dog Park cannot accept responsibility for any dog escaping the fields through either the gate or fence, irrespective of whether this is a consequence of a defect in the fence or gate or whether we have notified you in advance or not.
-
As the fields are on agricultural land there are moles, voles and other burrowing wildlife. Everything possible is done to make sure there are no holes (including regular checks and hole filling). However, we cannot guarantee that there are none so if you find one please let us know asap by emailing Muriestoncastledogpark@gmail.com with a photograph of location if possible. Murieston Castle Dog park cannot accept liability for injury caused by uneven ground or holes however caused.

In addition, Murieston Castle Dog Park will not be liable for any injury or damage sustained or caused by your dog in the event that the dog, for whichever reason, becomes untethered.
